March EEEvic Talk (5.30 pm for 6 pm start, 15 Mar. 04)

The talk will take the form of the State final of the IEE Technical Presentation Prize in the IEAust Auditorium, 21 Bedford Street, North Melbourne. The presentations, from the universities vying for this prize, are "Osteoporotic Diagnosis / Extensor Muscle Strength Tester", "Development of an Ultra Wideband Transmitter for Wireless High Speed Applications", "Path Test Instrument For Public Telecommunications Network" and "Compliance Device for Positional Sleep Apnea Therapy"
