IEEE Victoria is conducting a series covering effective leadership qualities and people management skills.

Presenter(s):
Graham Shepherd spent two periods with Telecom/Telstra, from 1971-1982 as an engineer and engineering manager, and subsequently from 1995-2003 as an engineering manager. In between times Graham held a succession of business management positions with telecommunications and defence vendors, namely: Granger, Andrew, Plessey, GPT and ADI. He has also worked as an independent consultant and he builds and manages community websites
